About Me

Yoga has helped me in so many ways I wanted to be able to share it. I truly want to create spaces that are inclusive, welcoming and safer. I love being in the forests of the west coast, my cat Nala, hearing peoples stories and spending time with my children.

About My Service

I offer a Trauma Informed and safer space for the practice of Yoga. Because I have a disability and have been a long time advocate for marginaluzed communities I seek to offer inclusive and accessible spaces. I believe in the importance of building trust and creating community. I was an RN for 28 years which included Labor and Delivery and post partum. I am currently looking at offering prenatal yoga.
