About Me

My name is Neha Sakhare, and I’m a certified yoga teacher accredited by AYUSH, Government of India. I hold a Master’s degree in Yogic Science along with a Diploma in Yoga, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people build healthier bodies and calmer minds through the science of yoga.

I teach both online and in-person in Mississauga, working with beginners, intermediate students, and especially pre- and postnatal mothers. My approach blends traditional yogic techniques with modern wellness practices, creating sessions that help people move better, breathe deeper, and reconnect with themselves
