About Me

My name is Josh Ambrose. I am originally from Rochester, NY. I now live in Sudbury. Ontario. I went to SUNY Fredonia, near Buffalo, NY and studied BFA Dance, Jazz Studies (Music) and Athletic Coaching. I danced ballet professionally and danced/choreographed for drag queens for a number of years. I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and opened my own coaching business SpookyBenchPress in Chicago, IL. I have coached, taught and choreographed for a number of gyms, studios and dance schools for the past decade. I am currently taking my Trauma Informed Coaching through The Center for Healing and my Buddhism Through Scriptures Through Harvard University.
