About Me

I am an eternal student and have a curious mind for so many interests. Movement and expression particurlarly interest me: i have done modern dance in my younger ages, african dance, latin and a bit of capoiera. I am also highly interested in the human anatomy , psychology and self developpement. Yoga connects the dots between all of that adding spirituality.

I love nature, gardening, flowers, cooking and receiving friends over.

About My Service

I am beginning a practice to teach Vinyasa classes that are orienting the students on connecting to their self and also to connect with joy and enthusiasm. I especially like to teach to people who are not familiar to yoga and see them finding love for the practice.
