About Me
I am in my 21st year of teaching yoga and continue to enhance my education. I have taught over 7,000 classes, and trained for over 2,000 hours. I am 68 years old and have been teaching consistently since 2004. I also co-owned & directed three hot yoga studios (co-founded two of them) from 2008 to 2016 - all three are still operational! I am also an Usui Reiki Master, a Thai Yoga Body Work therapist & offer sound healing workshops. I'm at a stage in life now where I would like to offer a Foundational teacher training, and share my knowledge of this beautiful practice. I have also mentored many new yoga teachers and also new studio owners. I am a married Mum of two and proud Granny of two little grandsons!
