About Me

Having been a Chartered Professional Accountant for over 15 years, my volunteer roles with Girl Guides of Canada and Scouts Canada helped me realize my passion for serving my community more directly and I decided to change my focus to working hands on with youth and adults in a wellness setting full time.

I've recently completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training & in depth studies with Anny St-Jean of Yogart and am excited to teach alongside her and learn more skills to allow me to offer a full compliment of yoga techniques.

About My Service

I teach hatha yoga in a class setting and private sessions, both as a subcontractor of Yogart. I also be offer donation based yoga sessions to the Scouts Canada organization I volunteer with in addition to other donation based community initiatives.
