About Me

I heard a quote: " A man asked a gardener why his plants grew so beautifully. The gardener said, " I don't force them to grow, I remove what stops them."
Restorative and Yin yoga enable us to cascade into release, so we may grow in mind-body-spirit. Like the gardener we are able release/let go what does not serve us.
In my life I do my best to find active and passive ways to guide myself in this process of restoration through yoga, gardening, swimming, biking and volunteering. Connecting to other yoga teachers is essential to me to improve and extend my teaching practice too.
