About Me

I am a retired Education Specialist. I worked in science outreach and educational science resource development for a large part of my career.
I have been doing regular yoga classes for the past 2.5 years and have found it to greatly improve my hip pain from osteoarthritis and trochanter bursitis, my flexibility and my state of mind. Over the past year I have taken the YTT200 course offered by Elemental School of Yoga in London, Ontario, which I really enjoyed. My teaching experience includes teaching tap dance, swimming, synchronized swimming (Coach 2 level, at one point), calling for English Country dances and school teaching.
