I have practiced yoga intermittently for over 3 decades. I personally find it helps me access ways of connecting to the mind/body/spirt, promotes general health and wellbeing, reduces stress, and provides a sound living philosophy. I have been a psychotherapist for 20+ yrs and am registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
