About Me

In my day to day life I am an artist, writer and chronic illness warrior, I suffer from endometriosis and it’s what brought me to the path of practicing yoga, I was inspired to become a yoga teacher after seeing the difference it was making in my life, my health and my mindset. I am very passionate about wanting to share the valuable practice with others in the community.

About My Service

I am certified as a Somatic Embodiment Yoga Teacher, so I hope to offer a variety of yoga practices from this embodied perspective; Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Restorative and Yin, as well as meditation and breath practices. I am also a birth doula and childbirth educator so I’ve taught prenatal yoga and plan to keep teaching it in the future.
