A lifelong proponent of natural health. Body worker (reflexologist, Swedish style massage therapist and many other body treatments), Certified Herbal Consultant, forager, love no till gardening (edible only), teach workshops on dotting mandalas on stones. Moved to a small island in Nova Scotia 8 years ago to run yoga retreats

About My Service

Small classes (no more than 6) geared to students attending, often yoga therapy and many one on one classes
Restorative classes - 1/2 class gentle stretches followed by 1/2 classical restorative poses
I also teach a 15 hour chair yoga training "Teaching Yoga to Seniors"
