I have been practicing yoga for overt 10 years, and I have over 15 years of teaching experience. I have taught all ages from infant to adult in various subjects, including yoga.

About My Service

I focus on leading through yoga with relaxation techniques and breath work. I like to lead my students through meditations in order to focus them on the mat before and after we go through our routines.
