About Me

I've been practicing yoga for a little over 8 years, I strive everyday to lead a mindful and active life. I have a passion for community and making sure others feel welcome, I hope as a teacher I can create classes where everyone feels welcome and can connect with other like minded people. Take a pause from their day, connect with themselves and others.

About My Service

Vinyasa and Restorative classes. Beginner level classes that are accessible to everyone, the more experienced yogis will be invited to adapt poses to their level. I aim to create a space where all yogis can come together and share in their practice.
