About Me

I have been doing yoga for almost 17 years now. I started when I was pregnant with my son who will be 16 in April. I have always love yoga. I suffered a burn out last year and really got on the emotional healing path. As a social work tech I love anything related to mental health and discovered Yin yoga and beneficial it was for the mind, body and soul. I have always wanted to get my certification in yoga and so the journey begins today.
