About Me

I’m a retired teacher of 32 years. (1992-2024 ) At 55, I decided to take the Ayana 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training , Hatha- vinyasa program. ( Completed February 9,2025) Practicing for ten years, I wanted to expand my knowledge of yoga.. I now wish to share my love of yoga with others.
