About Me

I have a BA in Philosophy, and I've worked in libraries. I become interested in yoga in the eighties studying at the Humanistic Healing Centre in Peterborough. I became certified in 2005 through Irene & Bill Beer's wonderful teacher training program Namaste International
which took it's inspiration in part from Vanda Scaravelli's work. I continue to study, having taken courses with Diane Long, A.C. Mohan, Susi Hately Aldous all of whose knowledge both informs and deepens my own practice.
