About Me

I have been a yoga instructor since 2019, and have been working as a nurse in the ICU since 2012. My journey has taken me from the high-intensity world of critical care to the grounding space of my yoga mat, where I now follow my passion for helping others connect to their mind and body. I love holding space for people to feel, heal, and just be—and hopefully I can make you laugh along the way.
