About Me

Completed 500 hour Yoga Teacher training with Sheree Gurnell at Yoga Desha in 2022. Experience hosting women's wellness retreats, groups classes, privates, and restorative events. I opened my own Yoga Studio April 2025. YOLO WELLNESS Yoga & Lifestyle Studio. Drawing on my 25+ years of nursing career specializing in mental health education, I provide trauma-informed sessions for women.
