About Me

I am a native New Yorker who has been living in Quebec since 2004. I was an Anusara Yoga teacher and teacher trainer from 2003-2012, and owned my own studio from 2011-2016 in Montreal. I now live in the country in the small village of Sutton, QC and teach mostly online.
