About Me

I follow a Buddhist and Yogic Path, practicing yoga most of my life.
I have been dancing Argentine Tango since the 1990s.
As professional watercolour artist, I sell my art, and teach art, watercolour painting, drawing online and in person.

About My Service

Teaching classical yoga asanas, lifestyle, diet and philosophy; also custom yoga classes for dancers, and chair yoga.

I have a private practice offering group and semi-private classes in chair and classical yoga, and also teach yoga at the University of Guelph Athletic Centre.
