About Me

I am first and foremost an enthusiastic yogi! I first came to the practice to complement my cycling and running and was quickly hooked. I completed the Luna Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 and just love guiding students through an active and fun flo focused on strength and flexibility. I am also in the process of completing a 250h therapeutic yoga training, I want to broaden my approach and help students of all horizons find balance in their lives and body through Yoga.
