I connect. To life, to the universe, to the earth and to all beings that share it. I was blessed with much empathy, some would say that I am gifted where some could see that I am cursed. Feeling souls on a whole other level comes with its responsibilities, and I make a point to lead my classes in such a way that brings lightness as well as much needed consciousness to all that practice with me.

About My Service

I bring relaxation and breathing techniques to a hot vinyasa class. I teach simple ways of introducing balance to a hectic life, slowly bringing people to notice their own behaviour and want a sustainable, well-balanced and mindful practice.
