completed 1750 Hours of training in Isha Yoga Centre , India in 2016 and has been teaching since then for Isha Foundation across Canada and also privately at home studio. It is fulfilling to offer these Life transforming practices designed by Sadhguru.I also work full time as Clinic Manager in a Mental Health Clinic , Looking forward for weekends to offer Hatha Yoga programs.
