About Me

I started practicing Iyengar Yoga in 2000 and have enjoyed an continued practice since then. I attribute my overall "good" mental and physical health to my yoga practice and became interested in sharing my experience with others a few years ago. My business partner, Dr. Sherri Hayden and I have started a new venture where we offer retreats and workshops focused on healthy aging and women's brain health and both feel that yoga is a key component.
In addition, I have been a psychometrist for over 25 years and have worked in a diverse number of settings with individuals requiring assessment for a variety of neurological conditions.
