About Me

When I first started looking into Yoga, I was in a dark place, feeling of drowning and like there was no escape. My body and mind were calling out for my soul, and I subconsciously knew Yoga would take me back to my soul, my ultimate home. When I started the Asana practice, I thought that it would be so easy for me to start getting into it, little did I know that yoga can make a person sweat so much, but also that Asana practice is so much more than just bodily movement. Yoga Asana is about the connection between the mind, body and breath and finding the subtle calm within the home of awareness.
Yoga has now been apart of my life for the last 3 years and it has helped shape me into a better person, a better parent and truly has empowered me when I was at my lowest moments and helped guide me through the toughest challenges. Yoga is always showing me a lighter way of life and It has shown me the power of the self and the power of maintaining and nurturing that inner relationship with the self and I knew I wanted to share this gift of Yoga once I had my first subtle taste of simply being at home in my being.

About My Service

I teach yoga because I love to share the gift of knowledge of finding the power of the inner self and being at home with oneself. My style of yoga is an invitation to be playful in practice, to embrace what power our beings already possess. I really enjoy bringing in pranayama, mantras and meditation into practice, so my students have a chance to play with their voices and breath and to be able to carry that play over throughout their whole day.
