About Me

l cared for all age groups with health concerns,for 38 years, amentn RN.
Since retirement I wanted to work with people of all abilities, and make yoga assessible to them.
I am 67 years with an active lifestyle..skiing, hiking, yoga, strength training, travel & golfing. Enjoy spending time with my family & friends.
A lifelong student & love sharing wellness with all populations witg a passion for older adult groups.
