About Me

My name, Saghi, comes from my Iranian ancestry and means "to give". As I live my years on this Earth, I feel I am stepping into the power of my name. I live each day in awe and wonder that we get to witness Mother Earth's rhythms and experience nature in all its magical goodness. I recently completed my 300-hour Shamanic Yoga Teacher Training at the Shamanic Yoga Institute and am excited to continue cultivating the gold from these teachings.
