Continued Education
January 2013
In January I continued my 300hr journey and did the Applied Anatomy Module for 500hr YTT at Balance Life Yoga in Ajax ON. 30 hrs . I taught 18 hours of my own classes and attended 2 classes in Ajax with Shasta and Adrienne. In addition I have been asked to run a Yoga Class at the High School in co-operation with the Boys and Girls Club Mental Health program for teens and did 2 of those in January.
