Yoga Therapy Clinic: Cultivating Resilience
Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity stronger than before, and is a skill that can be developed through both mental and physical practices. This month we explored how yoga can be used to cultivate resilience by encouraging a growth mindset - a belief that chanllenges are opportunities for growth rather than obstacles.
