Having completed my 80-hour Yin yoga teacher training along with an additional 80 hours of teaching experience, I have deepened my understanding of Yin yoga principles and refined my ability to guide students through this meditative practice. This journey has strengthened my expertise in creating thoughtful sequences, holding space for transformation, and fostering a deeper connection between breath, body, and stillness.
