Yoga Therapy Clinic for Low Back Care
Focused on building nervous system resilience to support long-term low back health. we explored how nervous system dysregulation (chronic stress, trauma, maladaptive movement patterns) contributes to low back pain, and how yoga therapy practices that engage the parasympathetic nervous system can reduce pain, enhance tissue healing, and improve overall physical and emotional resilience.
By integrating mindful movement, breath regulation, relaxation techniques and lifestyle adjustments, we learned how to care for the lower back through nervous system support.
