Breath and Balance: A Four-Class Pranayama Journey

This is a four-class, one-hour-per-session yoga breathing (Pranayama) program designed to help participants deepen their understanding and practice of breath control for overall well-being. The course will gradually introduce different breathing techniques, combined with gentle yoga movements and meditation, to enhance awareness, reduce stress, and improve breath quality.
