Continued Education

September was very busy with Fitness classes and Yoga classes and Personal Training. I was also preparing for my first half marathon. I did 22 class hours of Vinyasa Yoga. I taught a new style for 3 of those hours, Yoga for Jocks, which is for less flexible people. It appeals to "Jocks" and beginners.
