Prenatal Yoga Training 85 hours

Prenatal training prepares the expectant mother for birth by strengthening the body and the mind. Introduces pelvic floor exercises and different pranayama (breathing) techniques that help strengthen the lungs and the diaphragm. Post natal yoga aids in body recovery and helps bring back balance into the physical, mental and emotional state of the new mother.
