Hatha Yoga & the Elements

Through a 5 week series, we gathered to explore The 5 Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether). These experiences included a 75 minute Hatha experience per week, weaving in pranayama, a mudra, essential oils and crystals that embodied the energy and essence of the Element we were working with.
