Continued Education

In September I taught 18 classes including Chair Yoga and Slow Vinyasa Flow as well as energetic Vinyasa Flow. I taught at the Lindsay Recreation Complex. My personal Practice focused on Meditation daily for 10 minutes or longer and on prayer. I have been working on the hip series since the spring and it has made a huge difference in my energy and flexibility.
