Foundations of Thai Yoga Therapy 2006
This was a fabulous course, set in the Salt Spring retreat, it was one of the most tranquil retreats I have ever taken. I still use some of the techniques we used today. Going for my first official Thai Massage with my husband a few months later for our anniversary was hilarious!
