YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING 40 HRS
I completed my 40 hours of yin training with Nicole Schulz, and gained a whole new perspective of how to incorporate more stillness into my practice and classes I teach. I gained new insight into the body and exactly how yin is so powerful to us both mentally and physically.
