Continued Education

In October I taught 27 Yoga Classes. My regular schedule as well as additional class coverage for others. The load was too much and I intend to limit my classes in the new year so I am actually a better teacher as I would have more time for my own practice. I had a total of 10 hours of personal practice and meditation which is not enough for me.
