A module of the Ajna Yoga 800 Hour Certified Yoga Therapist Program with Nicole Emily Marcia (MA, C-IAYT, ERYT-500), Fine Balance Yoga. Addressing how Trauma Sensitive Yoga can be applied therapeutically for individuals who have suffered trauma and may have developed addictions, mental illness, and a variety of dysfunctional coping strategies as a consequence. Trauma sensitive yoga includes teaching skills to effectively and compassionately work with this population and includes specific asana sequences, pranayama, and grounding techniques
