Continued Education
January 2016
In January I taught 17 Yoga Classes. 4 were gentle yoga and one was Power Yoga.
I also taught a Yoga/Pilates Fusion class for a colleague who was away. I have Pilates training so the fusion of the two is truly fun.
My own Practice is to gain more strength in my shoulders for better arm balances. I am also working on my core enhance my yoga practice
