School Info

My yoga school is a healing center where I offer a variety if healing modalities, I first took Hatha yoga, the became an Ayurveda counselor and then took the 200 hr kundalini training. I want to be able offer this course that teaches the practice of Kundalini yoga and touches on Ayurveda, deities and the goddess of the Hindu religion.

Course Outline

100 hours of Teaching and Techniques- energy systems and bodies
100 Hours of Kundalini Philosophy- pranayama, mudras, mantras, etc
20 hours of Anatomy and Physiology
25 hours Teaching Methodology
25 Hours Ayurveda knowledge, lifestyle, and diet
30 hours of Practicum in-person or via zoom calls
