Joyful Yoga Studio Teacher Training Program provides a well balanced approach to yoga and offers a 200 hour Vinyasa Yoga Certificate to participants who successfully complete the 8 month intensive training. Students study philosophy, pranayama, asana, anatomy, history, lifestyle, ethics, styles, modifications & meditations~ the mind, body & spirit.
