School Info

Our studio is a 'smaller' studio in terms of size, as we keep class sizes to max of 20 people per class. We have won awards from 2011-2017 for being number one in Mississauga. Our students enjoy that we keep classes smaller because we allow the Instructor to focus easier on each student. We have been told we are also a 'family environment.' Our instructors know all clients and their stories. They come in to receive a yoga class but also to keep social with good people.
We offer both heated and non heated classes ranging from Power Yoga, Yoga Flow, Yoga with weights, Yin, Budokon, Pilates, Hatha and Prenatal.
Our instructors come with varying degrees of training with Sadie Nardini, PYC, Dorothy Guerra and more.
