Kripalu-inspired at its foundation and laced with the teachings of Swami Abhishiktananda. AIP is a sole proprietorship founded by Gail Fulop E-RYT500. AIP's first YTT begins in March of 2026 at THE YOGA LOUNGE, Shubenacadie, NS. AIP has been facilitating Kripalu-styled Yoga, Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Laughter Yoga, Yoga Nidra and a long line of other special events and workshops featuring International Guest Teacher offerings since its inception.
Course Outline
30 hrs: The Anatomy & Physiology Module facilitated by Chiropractor Ainsley McCoul & Primary Faculty Gail Fulop. Mar. 6 - Apr. 10 (every 2nd weekend with March Break in-between)
100 hrs: The Study of Asanas; Pranayama; Energy Systems; Energy Bodies Module facilitated by Primary Faculty Gail from April 11 - July 12, 2026 (every 2nd weekend). Guest Instructors are also woven into this module, namely Jody Myers, Tracey Knox, Tammy Josey, Margaret Mauger and others.
30 hrs: Teaching Methodology Module, sequencing, pacing, formulating, facilitated by Gail intermittently throughout during this time (before & after summer break) June 19 - Sept. 26.
10 hrs: Ethics, Lifestyle, Karma and Business of Yoga, facilitated by Gail intermittently between Sept. 21-27 at the final Immersion Retreat.
30 hrs: Classical Yoga Philosophy, facilitated by Guest Instructor Shambhu Anand from www.kyifamily.org in Pennsylvania, during the final Immersion Retreat in September (remote location in N.S.)
