Both trainings have a Trauma Informed Movement and Presence Course included by registered psychotherapist and co-director Maddi Rundle.

This is not your typical Yoga Teacher Training—this is a journey!
At Heal Evolve Thrive, we combine traditional Hatha yoga practices with modern psycho-education to help you expand your capacity to not just manage life, but truly enjoy being human. Our training focuses equally on self-inquiry, traditional yoga, self-care, and cutting-edge psycho-education—all designed to help you grow from the inside out.

What Makes Our Trainings Unique?
Trauma-Informed Approach: Includes our Trauma-Informed Movement & Presence Certification, created and led by Registered Psychotherapist and Trauma Specialist Maddi Rundle.
