I offer many yoga based classes including: Hatha, Lava (Hot Yoga) Restorative, Pre & Post Natal, Kids Yoga, Inspired Vedic Thai Yoga, deep relaxation and meditation, Roll & Release (through therapeutic balls), Vagal Nerve Yoga, Sound Therapy and Contrast (Sauna andCold Plunge (Hydrotherapy), SHERPA Breath & Cold Therapy. I have a private home-based studio in Horseshoe Valley Ontario working with adults and children one and one and in group based settings. I am also the Wellness Co-ordinator for Vetta Nordic Spa in Oro Medonte where I offer public classes. I also offer classes at Get Moving Physio and at Bliss 2 Embodied Therapy and Yoga Studio in Barrie Ontario.
Currently, working in partnership with Autism Ontario, BANAC (Barrie Area Native Advisory Council, The Chippewas of Rama First Nation and the Metis Nation of Canada (Region 7).
