I offer many yoga based classes including: Hatha, Lava (Hot Yoga) Restorative, Pre & Post Natal, Kids Yoga, Inspired Vedic Thai Yoga, deep relaxation and meditation, Sound Therapy and Cold Plunge (Hydrotherapy). I have a private homebased studio in Horseshoe Valley Ontario working with adults and children one and one and in group based settings. I am also the Wellness Coordinator for Vetta Nordic Spa in Oro Medonte. I offer public classes at Bliss 2 Embodied Therapy and Yoga Studio in Barrie Ontario.
