About Me

I have been teaching classes for years I worked for a mainstream gym for 8 years and am now teaching on my own. I have a daughter and many critters. I love nature. I am genuine and have love for others. I know I am not perfect and that no one is. We are here to learn.

About My Service

I am teaching mostly beginners to be present in their bodies. To be aware of their thoughts and sensations.
