About Me

I live in the beautiful provinece of Nova Scotia with my husband, daughter and two dogs.
I work for Halifax Regional Arts (Halifax Regional Center For Education) as a Fine Arts Drama specialist. I also teach yoga in schools.
I have been practicing yoga for around 20 years and it has brought incredible happiness and peace in my life. I also love running and gardening. I love summer, travel, making jewelry, spending time at the beach and spending time with my wonderful extended family.
