About Me

I have fallen in love with the practices of yoga and meditation. I am currently working as an Early Childhood Educator. One day I would like to be able to quit that job and work full time as a yoga instructor with my own online business. I am also currently enrolled and working on achieving my certification for kids yoga, as well as prenatal and postnatal yoga. I grew up in a very active lifestyle, with my main sport being figure skating. I played soccer in the off season of figure skating. When I graduated I lost touch with my active side. About a year ago I was diagnosed with Anxiety and that is when I started practicing yoga and meditation on a regular basis. I was interested in and participated in yoga before that as well, just not on as much of a regular basis as I do now and have for the past year.

About My Service

I am planning on opening up an online yoga business where I will offer pre-recorded videos, classes and one on one sessions. I am planning on teaching Vinyasa flow as that is what I have been mainly practicing since I began.
